Dean Bucher is 50 years old and is the owner of Bucher Construction. Dean began his construction trade while in high school. About two years after graduation, he began working with Nuest Construction. At the age of 26, Dean ventured on his own and began Bucher Construction. Dean and his wife Patty have recently celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary. Patty is involved doing the office work and much of the bookkeeping. They have been blessed with three children and six grandchildren.

Bryan Bucher is 29 years old. After graduating from Purdue University in 2003 with a degree in financial management, he was employed with Edward Jones as a financial advisor. Bryan had worked many summers for Dean throughout his high school and college years and realized that his heart was in construction. Bryan offers much excitement, youth and financial insight. He and Dean both pride themselves on their reputation for building fine new homes in Northwest Indiana for a quarter century.

Dan Bucher is 24 years old. After attending Purdue University, he also chose to come home and work full-time for Dean. Dan became the third Bucher Construction partner in 2009. He takes much pride in the reputation Dean has built over the past quarter-century and has a passion for maintaining Bucher Construction's place as the premier NW Indiana custom home builder.
