Dean Bucher is the creator and inspiration behind Bucher Construction. Currently 51 years old, Dean began his construction career as a carpenter before officially founding Bucher Construction in 1985. As the company's president, Dean continues to oversee all daily operations, as well as directly managing all model-home designing and planning. He is respected and admired by many people in the industry for being one of the most knowledgeable, sincere, and long-standing custom home builders in the region. Dean and his wife Patty (who supervises the main office) have celebrated 31 years of marriage and enjoy spending their rare free time with their nine grand children.
Bryan and Dan Bucher are the energy and administrators behind most of Bucher's daily operations. They work directly with customers to manage most of our custom projects. Ensuring customer satisfaction is their main concern. They guide customers through the planning and selections phases, while drafting a schedule and contract that fits the homebuyers' needs. They have a passion to continually improve Bucher Construction while maintaining its position as one of the area's premier builders. They have a great deal of pride in the reputation that has been earned by Dean and Bucher Construction for the past 27 years, and have a mission to see that reputation preserved and enhanced for the decades to come.
